Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched with Australia Post every business day at approx. between 11-12pm. Orders received after 11am will be processed the next business day.

Flat Rate $12.00 - Standard Postage Australia Post, 2-8 business days

Flat Rate $18.50 - Express Postage Australia Post 1-4 business days

Large Items Flat Rate $20.00 - Standard Postage Australia Post, 2-8 business days

Large Items Flat Rate $24.00 - Express Postage Australia Post 1-4 business days

NEW ZEALAND, USA & CANADA:

Shipping charge is based on weight of item/s of total order - Standard International Australia Post, 6-27 business days. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available Monday-Saturday (orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following business day).

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 McLellan Road Bordertown South Australia AU 5268

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. e.g. disruptions with freight services.
